We will also be hosting a National Nutrition Month Recipe Contest where you have the chance to win an iPad!  To enter, please submit one recipe to Kristie Koerner, RD at kk2770@columbia.edu by February 28th, 2014.  For a healthy twist, the recipe must be a baked item and 25% of the total ingredients should include BEETS.  Five recipes will be selected, prepared, and sampled at the event.  The recipe with the most votes wins!  Contact Kristie if you have any questions.
